Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and challenge First Line of Defense risk taking across Card, Retail, Commercial, Auto, and Enterprise Services.
  • •Implement and govern the Operational Resilience Framework enterprise-wide, including international regulatory compliance.
  • •Respond to and report on crises and incidents, ensuring appropriate First Line of Defense response and keeping Second Line of Defense leadership informed.
  • •Identify emerging resiliency risks and ensure First Line of Defense readiness to respond.
  • •Act as a thought partner on evolving business continuity and resilience methodology and coordinate program activities and deliverables.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 187,300 - 235,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
  • •At least 8 years of experience in risk management, business continuity, disaster recovery, operational resilience, or audit.
  • •At least 5 years of financial services industry experience or regulatory environment experience.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in people management.
  • •At least 3 years of experience consulting with and presenting to senior executive leadership.
