Job Summary

Technical Solutions Consultant to implement the Zip Integration Platform for customers, working with Sales and Solutions teams to design, configure, and validate integrations. You’ll translate requirements into integration architecture, leverage iPaaS tools, and collaborate with product, engineering, and client stakeholders to accelerate time-to-value across ERP, CLM, and procurement tools for diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and document integration architecture by assessing customer requirements and existing IT landscape.
•Configure and validate integrations using Zip’s iPaaS tooling across ERP, Ticketing, CLM, and other procurement tools.
•Collaborate with customer stakeholders and Solution Lead to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
•Provide periodic status updates and accurate estimations/timelines to managers and clients.
•Work with product and engineering teams to improve processes and accelerate time to value for customers.

Key Requirements

•4+ years experience integrating systems with ERP (Oracle/Ariba ideally), P2P, Ticketing, CLM, and TPRM systems.
•Experience using iPaaS tools to configure integrations required.
•Experience with Python/Javascript scripting
•Experience working with XML / REST based endpoints and standard authentication protocols.
•Ability to translate highly technical information for audiences with varying degrees of technical knowledge.
