Quality Technician - ARP

Perform visual and precision dimensional inspections of raw materials, work in process, and finished goods to verify surface defects, workmanship, and dimensional tolerances against customer specifications. Document results, manage and retest customer returns, prepare customer certifications, and support process capability checks. Conduct aging test studies, assist with corrective/preventative actions, educate production on quality procedures, and support customer and internal quality assurance audits in a plant manufacturing environment.
