Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to and execute RippleX’s Capital Markets strategy by setting priorities that drive team and business objectives and position XRPL for institutional capital markets use cases.
  • •Build and nurture strategic partnerships with investment banks, investment firms, financial market infrastructure providers, and related institutions to drive adoption of blockchain solutions.
  • •Identify and pursue new business development opportunities at the intersection of traditional capital markets and blockchain technology, extending the XRPL ecosystem into institutional finance.
  • •Lead complex deal negotiations and partnership agreements end-to-end, from initiation through closure, with senior executives at major financial institutions.
  • •Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and trading teams to develop solutions and use cases and represent Ripple at industry events and key stakeholder engagements.

Key Requirements
