Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor payments in weekly payment cycles
  • •Perform regular bank reconciliations to maintain financial record accuracy and integrity
  • •Manage employee expense claims and ensure timely reimbursement in compliance with company policies
  • •Manage corporate credit card program reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • •Support month-end close activities and provide guidance/training on expense management policies, procedures, and payment schedules

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
  • •Fresh graduates and maximum 1–2 years of relevant experience
  • •Proficiency in English and Hungarian (written and spoken)
  • •Experience with Oracle ERP systems is an advantage
  • •AP experience in a manufacturing or financial shared services environment at a multinational company is a plus
