Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the Product Manager and Engineering Lead to shape the roadmap, technical and product vision, and delivery against product goals.
  • •Enable the team to succeed by ensuring resourcing, effective planning, and committed delivery to the roadmap.
  • •Drive and deliver high-impact projects end to end, from understanding customer problems to solution design, technical discovery, scoping, execution, and delivery.
  • •Own system health for maintainability, scalability, and performance to support growth.
  • •Coach and mentor engineers and collaborate with senior engineers and engineering leads to align with wider technical strategy.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 111,000 - 145,000 annually

  • •Experience building distributed, high-scalability systems and microservices architectures.
