Chief Specialist- Events and Public Relations

Lead the development and improvement of events strategies, engagement frameworks, and interaction approaches to support RTA’s corporate reputation and stakeholder communication priorities. Provide expert advisory for major events, international exhibitions, and leadership participation. Own event governance frameworks, benchmarking and market research, and performance measurement metrics. Plan and oversee high-level events, coordinate stakeholders and vendors, manage approvals and budgets, and ensure quality of event and media materials, protocol, and official visits.
