Support assembly and testing of aircraft engines at a Pratt & Whitney Canada site in Longueuil. Perform installation, bench adaptation, data readings, and documentation; work in a collaborative team while ensuring safety and quality standards; participate in development of new procedures and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Install engine accessories for proper operation and adapt the test bench to the engine type, connecting fluid lines and control/instrumentation per work instructions.
•Monitor readings on computerized control panels, identify deviations, and intervene as needed.
•Fill out reading and test reports, and perform adjustments during tests to ensure compliance with standards.
•Conduct visual inspections of engines before and after tests, and clean as required.
•Participate in developing new procedures and methods; manage store items and communicate needs to the supervisor; maintain equipment and workspace in good condition; share knowledge with teammates.

Key Requirements

•Diploma (DEC or AEC) in aircraft maintenance, aerospace engineering, or a DEP in mechanical assembly
•Basic mechanical knowledge is an asset
•2–5 years of relevant experience in aviation
•Ability to perform various operations on computer systems (intermediate level)
•Good teamwork skills and ability to work in a team; functional English to read and understand instructions and communicate with international colleagues
