Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma with 8+ years of verifiable mechanical machine repair experience, or an Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology/Journeyman Mechanical certification with 4+ years of experience.
  • •Strong expertise in mechanical drive trains, bearing preloads, gear sets, and drive alignment.
  • •Knowledge of AC/DC drives.
  • •High attention to detail and root-cause diagnostic mindset with the ability to adjust priorities as needed.
  • •Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and work overtime as needed.
