Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Data Solutions sales organization and define the GTM strategy in collaboration with the CRO and executive leadership.
•Build and maintain a qualified, healthy data sales pipeline and transition from opportunistic deals to a repeatable, scalable revenue engine.
•Develop and implement pricing discipline, deal structuring standards, and sales processes in partnership with RevOps to improve forecasting and visibility.
•Collaborate with AI/data solutions partner to refine offerings, packaging, and commercial structure for data solutions.
•Drive enterprise deals, close high-value engagements, and establish the division as a disciplined, commercially-excellent data business.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of data sales experience with a proven track record of closing enterprise data deals
•Experience building revenue infrastructure and sales systems from the ground up in early-stage or founder-led environments
•Strong pricing strategy, deal structuring, and pipeline discipline capabilities
•Ability to operate across sales, partnerships, product, and marketing to shape offerings and commercial strategy
•Exceptional executive communication and ownership mindset, with a focus on margin protection and long-term value creation
