Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement maintenance strategies, plans, and schedules for efficient facility and equipment operation.
  • •Oversee and guide maintenance technicians, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to ensure timely completion.
  • •Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and improvement opportunities.
  • •Coordinate with departments, vendors, and contractors to schedule repairs, installations, and upgrades while minimizing downtime.
  • •Manage maintenance budgets and resources, maintain records (work orders/inspections/repairs/inventory), and ensure regulatory and HSE compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years working experience with at least 5 years relevant experience in maintenance/facilities operations.
  • •In-depth knowledge of facilities and maintenance activities, including electrical principles, troubleshooting, and preventive/corrective maintenance.
  • •Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, layout drawings, and engineering specifications for system/equipment modifications.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related) plus Professional Qualification in MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA).
