Key Responsibilities

  • •Own individual backend features end-to-end for dispute automation (deadline tracking, evidence collection, response templates by reason code).
  • •Extend dispute lifecycle coverage to new PSPs using the existing implementation pattern.
  • •Build components of the native rules and signals engine (velocity rules, blocklists, device fingerprinting).
  • •Contribute to fraud vendor integrations (Riskified, Forter, Signifyd, Sift) to improve merchant comparisons and switching.
  • •Write RFCs and ADRs for owned components and collaborate with Product and the EM to ship automation; support new Dispute Management dashboard frontend where needed.
