Job Summary

Lead the Airframe Transverse Integration function for the A220 commercial aircraft program, managing a multi-discipline engineering team of Experts and Program Domain Leaders. Maintain and grow airframe technical expertise, optimize internal processes, and align local and remote teams on program objectives, priorities, budgets, and operational plans. Drive high-performance culture, use KPIs and continuous improvement, manage risks and escalations, and provide management direction to meet engineering commitments.

•Manage a multi-discipline engineering team and provide direction to meet engineering commitments.
•Develop and maintain airframe transverse integration technical expertise and enable knowledge capture and dissemination across teams.
•Optimize internal processes and align local and remote airframe teams on A220 program objectives, priorities, budget, and operational plans.
•Drive strategic initiatives including cost/weight reduction and ramp-up, using KPIs and continuous improvement tools to implement corrective actions.
•Manage risks and opportunities, handle escalations to the Program, and align macro-level budgets with engineering time, cost, and planning.
