Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a multi-discipline engineering team and provide direction to meet engineering commitments.
  • •Develop and maintain airframe transverse integration technical expertise and enable knowledge capture and dissemination across teams.
  • •Optimize internal processes and align local and remote airframe teams on A220 program objectives, priorities, budget, and operational plans.
  • •Drive strategic initiatives including cost/weight reduction and ramp-up, using KPIs and continuous improvement tools to implement corrective actions.
  • •Manage risks and opportunities, handle escalations to the Program, and align macro-level budgets with engineering time, cost, and planning.
