Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to final product across versatile Kids Apparel.
  • •Drive innovative product design development, integrating product and technical developments into design, and ensure design content quality.
  • •Collaborate with designers across other product areas to deliver aligned, holistic 360° design concepts.
  • •Collect market intelligence on design trends and developments and apply it to design decisions.
  • •Mentor junior designers, lead projects according to the development calendar, and travel to factories to finalize prototypes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in design and/or a relevant field of study.
  • •Minimum 6+ years of work experience designing for one or more leading fashion/lifestyle/sports brands.
  • •Experience in Kids fashion and/or athletic/apparel is a plus.
  • •Professional working experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • •Fluency in English.
