Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automation frameworks for Access Control features including Digital Key, NFC, BLE, OTA, Diagnostics, and Passive Entry.
  • •Define automation strategy, roadmap, and best practices to improve validation scalability and efficiency.
  • •Develop automated regression test suites and maintain automation infrastructure including HIL setups, test benches, vehicle test environments, and connected test systems.
  • •Create automated reporting solutions including dashboards, validation metrics, and release readiness reports.
  • •Drive test planning, failure analysis, and root cause investigations while collaborating with Systems, Software, Mobile App, DevOps, and Supplier teams; mentor junior engineers and establish automation standards.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in automotive test automation, validation engineering, or development verification.
  • •Expert-level programming skills in Python with strong CAPL development experience.
  • •Extensive experience with Vector CANoe, CANalyzer, and automotive test automation environments.
  • •Strong understanding of automotive validation methodologies, test planning, and release processes.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
