Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide accountability for ITT IPT execution, including meeting financial commitments and assisting with EAC review preparation and presentation.
  • •Identify and drive timely resolution of issues to ensure continued full-rate production program execution.
  • •Provide leadership and mentorship to multi-functional teams and key partners to ensure successful program execution.
  • •Communicate ongoing cost and schedule performance, R&Os, and strategies for program execution to senior leadership.
  • •Maintain collaborative relationships within the IPT and across functional support organizations; establish customer and industry partner relationships and oversee delivery/end-use of production systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 12 years’ experience.
  • •Prior experience leading and collaborating across multiple functional areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Contracts, and Engineering.
  • •Prior program management experience, including integrated master plan and schedule, Risk and Opportunity management, Earned Value management, closed loop corrective actions, configuration control, and financial reporting.
  • •Program Management Certification (at least level 5) or ability to obtain within 12 months of assignment, per RP-248.
  • •Active and transferable final U.S. government issued security clearance (Top Secret) is required prior to start date; U.S. citizenship is required.
