Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead design, development, testing, and delivery of Phantom Works mission systems and software for technology development and transition to production applications.
  • •Oversee engineering technology design and integration to meet customer requirements with first-time quality, on schedule, and within budget.
  • •Drive mission systems and software planning and execution across cost, schedule, and technical performance using standard performance metrics to mitigate risks.
  • •Manage, develop, and retain mission systems and technology personnel, ensuring appropriate staffing, experience mix, and resource availability.
  • •Provide updates on performance and progress to the PW Leadership Team, BDS PW Engineering, and the BDS PW Software Leader while coordinating with customers and suppliers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in STEM from an accredited course of study.
  • •At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader/temporary manager/cross-functional project/process management/formal manager) or completion of Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”
  • •5+ years of experience in mission systems and software development and integration.
  • •Ability to travel as needed, approximately 10%.
  • •Meet U.S. export control requirements for a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62.
