Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, manage, and develop the Finance Back Office Platform team to ensure high performance and capability growth.
  • •Own Workday Finance functional development, system integration, and optimization across PTP, OTC, and RTR.
  • •Oversee Workday release management, focusing on regression testing and optimization to ensure stability and continuous improvement.
  • •Ensure timely resolution of production service requests and incidents, maintaining high service standards.
  • •Capture and define Workday Finance requirements, collaborate with stakeholders to optimize processes and ensure accurate reporting, and ensure Workday data is validated, controlled, and securely managed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • •Extensive hands-on experience as a Workday Finance specialist or lead across multiple Workday functional areas and finance domains.
  • •Proven experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday for a global organization.
  • •Strong understanding of finance business processes and how they are supported in Workday.
  • •Proficiency in Workday reporting and analytics, with knowledge of integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, BIRTS) highly desirable.
