Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Sales Enablement, Solutions Architect leadership, Channel Partner leadership, and Product Management to identify learning gaps and build onboarding and continuous enablement plans.
  • •Build and maintain courseware, demo materials, and hands-on lab exercises for internal and external technical sales teams.
  • •Improve processes across the technical pre-sales cycle, including proof-of-concept processes.
  • •Create and run assessment programs for internal and external technical sales teams, including evaluating demos and technical presentations.
  • •Establish mechanisms to monitor training outcomes and feedback to measure effectiveness and drive improvements, while maintaining content repositories and the partner portal/Dragos Academy.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in a pre-sales or consultative role.
  • •Experience designing and delivering enablement or training programs for technical professionals in cybersecurity and SaaS environments.
  • •Strong networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, the OSI model, and the Purdue model.
  • •Experience serving as or supporting a pre-sales technical resource in enterprise software sales (e.g., Systems Engineer, Solutions Architect).
  • •Proven ability to lead complex, large-scale projects from concept to successful implementation.
