Key Responsibilities

  • •Properly secure loads and unload products when required, with no tarping (only strapping)
  • •Ensure accurate and timely delivery of freight and handle customer product returns when required
  • •Manage Proof of Delivery paperwork and complete trip reports
  • •Maintain daily safety checklists and perform required DOT inspections
  • •Interact professionally with customers and communicate customer issues
