Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and evolve the multi-year security and technology strategy, including prioritization, resourcing decisions, and communication of security investments and tradeoffs to leadership.
  • •Lead, mentor, and grow a team across security and technology operations, setting priorities, coaching, managing performance, and enabling autonomy and ownership.
  • •Deliver information security across product/application security, cloud security, AI security, security operations, vulnerability management, and governance, risk, and compliance.
  • •Evaluate and mitigate risks across infrastructure, product, and corporate environments, including AI security and governance tied to a secure SDLC.
  • •Own the security operations and incident response program, and lead internal technology operations supporting the remote-first workforce.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of progressive security experience, including direct people management experience leading managers and multidisciplinary security teams.
  • •Track record of building or significantly scaling an information security program.
  • •Breadth across product/application security, cloud security (AWS preferred), AI security, security operations/incident response, and GRC.
  • •Fluency with security and risk frameworks such as NIST CSF 2.0 and the NIST AI RMF, including leading internal and external assessments.
  • •Experience leading or partnering with internal IT/technology operations, including endpoint management and supporting a remote-first workforce.
