Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and review quarterly earnings release, Form 10-Q, and annual Form 10-K filings, including footnote and MD&A disclosures.
  • •Collect, analyze, validate, and document non-GAAP metrics and fund performance data; ensure filings are SEC, GAAP, and SOX compliant.
  • •Prepare quarterly flash/snapshot results and monthly/quarterly AGM financial results packages, including income statement analysis and detailed commentary.
  • •Produce internal reporting deliverables for senior leadership, including Management Committee, Audit Committee, and CFO earnings packages.
  • •Maintain SOX controls documentation and investigate/reconcile items across AGM financial systems; support workflow automation and data collection/reporting systems maintenance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting or technical accounting.
  • •U.S. GAAP technical accounting expertise with SEC reporting experience; CPA or equivalent preferred.
  • •Experience with Big 4 and/or financial services industry is preferred.
  • •Strong attention to detail, initiative, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical and communication skills.
