Key Responsibilities

•Manage and maintain global creative asset libraries (Bynder and SharePoint), ensuring accurate naming conventions, metadata, folder structures, and accessibility
•Coordinate end-to-end workflow of creative assets, including file transfers, retouching processes, and communication with internal teams and external vendors
•Organize and distribute weekly asset updates to global partners through contact sheets and live links
•Monitor and optimize asset lifecycle management, including file formats, resolution, color standards, usage rights, and expiration tracking
•Serve as the technical expert for asset management tools and systems (e.g., Bynder, Adobe Suite), improving workflows and identifying efficiency opportunities
