Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define, build, and implement a Generative AI Agent platform supporting banking services from discovery through production rollout.
  • •Architect enterprise-grade platform capabilities including agent orchestration, workflow design, tool/function integration, memory and state management, skill registry/management, and reusable patterns.
  • •Drive adoption at scale through reference implementations, onboarding pathways, developer enablement (APIs/SDKs, templates, documentation), and governance for safe, repeatable delivery.
  • •Own platform performance management by defining success metrics and SLOs, implementing observability (logs/metrics/traces), running evaluations, and tuning reliability, accuracy, latency, and cost.
  • •Oversee end-to-end delivery execution by managing scope, risks, dependencies and milestones, coordinating across teams, and advising senior leadership on trade-offs and delivery plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science/Engineering (or related) and strong English communication skills.
  • •5+ years of hands-on coding with strong Python or Java or Golang, plus experience deploying and operating services in production (Docker/Kubernetes preferred).
  • •2+ years building and shipping LLM/GenAI applications, including agentic workflows/multi-agents and tool/function calling, plus RAG, search, and vector databases.
  • •SME experience in at least one area such as Performance Monitoring, Agent Governance Control, Agent Identity, Harness, Agent SDK, or Agent Policy/Guardrail.
  • •Ability to articulate best practices for creating skills/agents/MCP tooling and demonstrate problem-solving across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
