Develop and build enterprise-grade Java services that power Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Key Responsibilities

•Architect and implement scalable, maintainable backend services and APIs that integrate with AEM and enterprise systems.
•Lead with architecture by producing build documentation, ADRs, and system diagrams for service boundaries, data models, and integration patterns.
•Write production-quality, well-tested Java code that meets reliability, performance, and security standards.
•Deploy and operate containerized services on Kubernetes, including pod lifecycle and resource/config/secret handling.
•Contribute to reliability via build and code reviews, incident response, and post-mortems; mentor junior engineers and champion AI-assisted development practices.

Key Requirements

•4-6 years of experience developing enterprise Java applications.
•Deep proficiency in Java and the Spring ecosystem.
•Strong understanding of REST API build and messaging patterns.
•Proficiency with ORM frameworks and relational databases.
•Familiarity with Kubernetes, containerization, and cloud services such as Azure or AWS.
