Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to selecting consultants, contractors, and suppliers in coordination with requesting organizational units and ensure purchasing aligns with approved standards and specifications.
  • •Participate in qualifying and classifying consultants, contractors, suppliers, and investors through the electronic qualification system with relevant units.
  • •Support periodic evaluations of consultants’, contractors’, and suppliers’ performance and develop improvement plans.
  • •Review technical and contractual purchase requests and ensure alignment of engineering tender conditions with actual project needs based on financial budget approval.
  • •Prepare periodic comprehensive reports covering contracts and tenders, including obstacles faced during execution and suitable solutions.

Salary: 30,001 - 40,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •High diploma or Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field or any closely related field from an accredited university.
  • •At least 8 years of professional experience in the relevant field or closely related field.
  • •Ability to prepare technical reports and technical specifications.
  • •Experience contributing to coordination and evaluation processes for consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
  • •Strong technical and organizational capability to support projects through procurement, tender reviews, and ongoing follow-up.
