  • •Evaluate customer homes and recommend/sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.

  • •Maintain technical excellence as the ultimate smart home expert and point of contact for customers.
  • •Perform safety analysis of each home to ensure a safe workplace for technicians and customers.
