Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with Airwallex’s CEO Office and leadership on high-priority initiatives that shape the company's direction globally.
  • •Frame problems, drive alignment, and ensure complex initiatives move from idea to outcome across strategy and execution.
  • •Lead projects such as scaling new products and business lines, international expansion, regulatory and banking infrastructure, operating model design, and AI-enabled transformation.
  • •Regularly collaborate with senior leaders across product, engineering, finance, commercial, legal, operations, and regional teams.
  • •Operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with high ownership and accountability.
