Key Responsibilities

  • •Guide hourly fulfillment center associates to achieve daily production targets while ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • •Train, onboard, and coach new and existing team members to build a high-performing environment.
  • •Collaborate to execute inventory analysis recommendations that improve stock levels and replenishment efficiency.
  • •Address escalated issues to mitigate disruptions and improve operational efficiency.
  • •Develop and refine standard operating procedures, participate in process improvement initiatives, and execute safety initiatives in the fulfillment center.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •2 years of experience in inventory management, fulfillment/distribution center, or warehouse roles with leadership experience motivating a diverse team.
  • •Proficiency in inventory management systems and fulfillment software.
  • •Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to complete tasks resourcefully and effectively.
  • •Ability to lift and carry packages up to approximately 55 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
