FP&A Director

Build and own the company’s FP&A function, taking forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and board reporting from an underbuilt state to faster, cleaner, largely automated processes. Redesign financial reporting infrastructure, create automated monthly/quarterly workflows, and deploy tools for scenario modeling and narrative generation. Lead core operating forecasts, long-range plans, dashboards, and KPI frameworks, partnering closely with the CFO, VP Finance, and cross-functional leaders.
