Drive the executive recruiting lifecycle end to end, partnering with Search Partners & Principals to develop search strategy and position specifications. Conduct industry and client research, interview and assess candidates, and write candidate assessments for client presentation. Manage candidate relationships across the search journey, keep stakeholders updated, and contribute to client relationship management and select business development support. Learn the search industry in an apprenticeship-style mentorship environment.
