Job Summary

Own strategy and execution for one of Visa’s largest Signature Accounts across the UK&I market. Coordinate strategic account plans, deliver critical components of client agreements and daily operations, and manage stakeholder mapping, governance forums, and executive client updates. Drive operational efficiencies with continuous improvement, working closely with the Client Scheme and Finance Business Partner teams. Leverage insights to build propositions and monitor performance versus targets.

•Coordinate, create, and track strategic account plans, driving regular reviews and accountability with performance vs. target insights.

•Manage the contractual relationship, ensuring internal and external stakeholders deliver against commitments.
•Lead preparation, calibration, and monitoring of strategic account plans and execution roadmaps with the account team.
•Drive operational efficiencies by improving documented and optimised processes with effective controls and continuous improvement learning cycles.

Key Requirements

•Good work experience in strategy and operations, preferably managing large accounts within payments.
•Knowledge, experience, and commercial understanding of the payments market.

•Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate MI into business plans.
