Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcomes and consequences of design.
•Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate signal processing software with satellite ground systems.
•Develop and implement algorithms for signal processing, including Fourier transforms, digital signal processing, and RF signal processing.
•Analyze and optimize signal processing algorithms for improved performance.
•Lead one or more software development teams and ensure the work is completed in accordance with the constraints of the software development process.

Salary: USD 107,500 - 204,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Active and transferable TS/SCI with Polygraph U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start date, with the adjudication date less than three years ago from your starting date for this position; U.S. citizenship is required for clearance eligibility.
•Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of eight (8) years of prior relevant experience
•Experience as a Signals Software Engineer (SSWE) or equivalent on a project with a focus on Radio Frequency (RF) including Fourier transforms, filtering, communications theory, digital modulation, error control coding, signals analysis tools (e.g., Wigner-Ville transform, DVT), and digital signal processing (e.g., adaptive beamforming/ filtering, demodulation).
