  • •Manage the schedule, budget, and scope for Spark design programs from concept through mass production, including driving Design-to-BOM with stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •8-12+ years managing high-tech physical product development programs and first-of-a-kind projects across complex, multidisciplinary environments.
  • •Demonstrated expertise leading FMEA & risk tracking and applying stage-gate processes (e.g., LOD, APQP, TRL) for product development.
  • •Experience with scheduling software and using schedules to drive proactive decision-making across critical path items.
