Job Summary

Design AI-native product experiences for a voice AI platform, shaping product direction across complex, technical workflows. In the first 30/60/90 days, you’ll learn the product end to end, own an ambiguous problem area with engineering and product partners, and contribute novel UX patterns for practical AI workflow design. You’ll elevate team thinking and translate insight into shipped, high-quality product outcomes in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Go deep on complex, technical workflows and understand the product surface end to end, including how customers use it.
•Own an ambiguous problem area and partner with engineering and product to define direction.
•Ship high-quality work quickly and iteratively while collaborating closely across teams.
•Contribute novel ideas and patterns for how AI-native workflows should work in practice.
•Raise the team’s level by introducing new perspectives and translating insight into shipped product quality.

•Comfort designing highly technical B2B/enterprise products (not legacy enterprise software).
