Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain methods, operating sequences, and processes for fabrication of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
  • •Coordinate with other engineering functions to release product improvements and new products.
  • •Use basic engineering and DFx principles to estimate and reduce manufacturing and/or product costs and improve product quality.
  • •Determine time standards and recommend tooling and process requirements.
  • •Develop and evaluate test procedures; identify root causes and corrective actions, including performing Process Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and reporting as needed.
