Job Summary

Lead complex R&D projects from early phases through introduction in the market (or internal delivery), setting strategic direction and aligning stakeholders on goals, milestones, and major plan changes. Key Responsibilities

•Direct and lead complex, integral R&D projects from initial phase through market introduction or internal delivery.
•Set strategic direction within project(s) and related programs, ensuring alignment with stakeholders on project goals, objectives, and key process decisions.
•Articulate complex schedules and interdependencies, identify risks/issues, define mitigation actions, and determine when to escalate.
•Manage KPIs projections, tracking, and reporting for assigned initiatives, and obtain stakeholder approvals for key milestones and plan changes.
•Deliver quality initiatives through project and product development execution, supporting continuous improvement and compliance and managing change management as appropriate.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., business or engineering).
•8+ years in engineering/R&D project management leading large, complex programs/projects with structured approaches (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile).
•5+ years leading cross-cultural, geographically dispersed project teams developing small domestic appliances (SDA), preferably grooming/shaving/beauty products.
•Expertise in plan-driven project management methodology, including governance, scope/schedule, financial, issue and risk, and vendor/contract/resource management.
•Good technical knowledge of electronics and mechanical design for household/consumer products, plus strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
