Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct and lead complex, integral R&D projects from initial phase through market introduction or internal delivery.
  • •Set strategic direction within project(s) and related programs, ensuring alignment with stakeholders on project goals, objectives, and key process decisions.
  • •Articulate complex schedules and interdependencies, identify risks/issues, define mitigation actions, and determine when to escalate.
  • •Manage KPIs projections, tracking, and reporting for assigned initiatives, and obtain stakeholder approvals for key milestones and plan changes.
  • •Deliver quality initiatives through project and product development execution, supporting continuous improvement and compliance and managing change management as appropriate.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., business or engineering).
  • •8+ years in engineering/R&D project management leading large, complex programs/projects with structured approaches (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile).
  • •5+ years leading cross-cultural, geographically dispersed project teams developing small domestic appliances (SDA), preferably grooming/shaving/beauty products.
  • •Expertise in plan-driven project management methodology, including governance, scope/schedule, financial, issue and risk, and vendor/contract/resource management.
  • •Good technical knowledge of electronics and mechanical design for household/consumer products, plus strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
