Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide insurance advice and guidance to Affinity and commercial clients and identify clients’ risks to develop coverage solutions.
  • •Analyze client risks and detail coverage requirements to inform renewals and new business.
  • •Prepare and present marketing proposals for renewals and new business and consult with underwriters for optimal terms.
  • •Approve documentation for new contracts, policy changes, additions, deletions, and renewals and maintain relationships with insurers to secure favorable rates.
  • •Assist team members and support the unit manager with performance reviews and team meetings to achieve objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Five+ years in commercial property and casualty insurance.
  • •AMF licence in commercial insurance.
  • •French and English bilingualism.
  • •Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office; DEC in a related field or equivalent years of experience.
