Key Responsibilities

•Provide insurance advice and guidance to Affinity and commercial clients and identify clients’ risks to develop coverage solutions.
•Analyze client risks and detail coverage requirements to inform renewals and new business.
•Prepare and present marketing proposals for renewals and new business and consult with underwriters for optimal terms.
•Approve documentation for new contracts, policy changes, additions, deletions, and renewals and maintain relationships with insurers to secure favorable rates.
•Assist team members and support the unit manager with performance reviews and team meetings to achieve objectives.

Key Requirements

•Five+ years in commercial property and casualty insurance.
•AMF licence in commercial insurance.
•French and English bilingualism.
•Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
•Proficiency with MS Office; DEC in a related field or equivalent years of experience.
