Job Summary

Provide technical support for Fluid Automation Products & Solutions to customers, sales reps, and partners, ensuring fast, knowledgeable responses and compliant with company policies. Collaborate with technical support, order management, and outside sales to solve issues, manage RFQs and quotations, generate leads, and stay updated on product portfolio in a global organization.

Key Responsibilities

•Handle technical enquiries for the full product portfolio and respond to technical requests/quotations (RFQ).
•Track quotations to customers on behalf of Salespersons and provide technical service assistance for in-field applications.
•Provide competitive product cross-references and generate leads for the sales force through active listening.
•Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform internal improvements and respond to customer concerns.
•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product portfolio, including evolutions, new products, obsolescence, and replacements.

Key Requirements

•Detail-oriented with the ability to work under time pressure and multi-task; good judgment skills.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; proactive.
•Good customer sense with interest in a commercial environment; team player.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent English.
•Bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering technology preferred.
