Key Responsibilities

  • •Create motion and video content for product launches, events, brand campaigns, social, paid media, customer stories, web, and executive communications.
  • •Develop visual concepts from briefs and scripts into storyboards, style frames, animatics, and final motion-led narratives.
  • •Animate product UI, data, diagrams, typography, logos, illustrations, and transitions to make complex technology clear and engaging.
  • •Edit live-action footage and produce final outputs using motion graphics, compositing, captions, music, sound design, color correction, and finishing.
  • •Maintain and evolve the Insider One video design system with reusable templates, motion components, and clear documentation while adapting for different channels and accessibility needs.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or video production in a B2B technology company, studio, agency, or in-house team.
  • •A standout portfolio or reel showing exceptional motion craft, visual storytelling, editing, product UI animation, typography, and digital range.
  • •Expert in Adobe After Effects and strong proficiency in Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
  • •Deep understanding of animation principles, typography, timing/pacing, visual hierarchy, transitions, and the role of sound.
  • •Proven ability to own projects from concept and storyboards through animation, editing, feedback rounds, finishing, and final delivery.
