Lead recruiting analytics by owning data, building end-to-end analytics infrastructure, and partnering with Recruiting and Finance to optimize hiring. Build dashboards, headcount models, and a single source of truth; present insights in pipeline reviews; leverage AI to accelerate analysis; and shape the recruiting strategy with data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

•Own recruiting analytics end-to-end: Build and maintain dashboards and reporting infrastructure for recruiting leadership (funnel health, stage conversion, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, pipeline aging, interview effectiveness, recruiter capacity).
•Build headcount and velocity models: Translate hiring targets into pipeline math and tie to capacity and prioritization.
•Make talent data decision-grade: Define core recruiting metrics, document them, and establish a single source of truth.
•Bring signal to pipeline leadership reviews: Attend pipeline reviews and QBRs with actionable analysis and recommendations.
•Improve the recruiting system: Identify drag points in processes and calibrations and partner with Recruiting and Finance to fix them.

Key Requirements

•Strong experience building analytics used by recruiting teams (dashboards, models, and self-serve reporting).
•Excellent SQL and data modeling skills with the ability to debug data issues and build maintainable data pipelines.
•Experience with quantitative modeling for recruiting problems (funnel math, capacity views, ETA to close).
•Strategic partner instincts: anticipate leadership questions and provide data-driven recommendations.
•AI fluency and ability to leverage AI for analysis, QA, and narrative building while maintaining auditable definitions.
