Key Responsibilities

  • •Instrument and operate core production systems end to end, setting targets and owning real-traffic behavior.
  • •Define and maintain SLIs/SLOs, wire dashboards and alerts, and use error budget burn to prioritize fixes.
  • •Drive alert quality by reducing noise, improving anomaly/correctness detection, and ensuring customers notice problems earlier.
  • •Lead systematic incident response across service boundaries, restore service, and write postmortems that generate follow-ups.
  • •Build and operate secure, resilient, cost-efficient infrastructure, including capacity/performance work, change safety, failure testing, and production readiness partnerships.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 152,000 - 205,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •6–10 years of experience in SRE, production engineering, infrastructure, or backend engineering in cloud-based environments (AWS preferred) with meaningful production ownership.
  • •Track record owning a system end to end—designing, shipping, operating, and learning from failures.
  • •Hands-on experience defining and operating SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets, with targets adopted and acted on.
  • •Strong incident skills as a primary or leading responder on high-severity, customer-facing incidents; improve organizational learning.
  • •Hands-on infrastructure-as-code and configuration management (Terraform or equivalent) plus depth in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure fundamentals (networking, load balancing, containers).
