Key Responsibilities

  • •Liaise with customers to understand work processes and requirements addressed by the TrakCare application.
  • •Implement TrakCare to meet customer business requirements using InterSystems methodologies and processes.
  • •Conduct individual and group training, product demonstrations, and workshops as required.
  • •Implement and control change management requests from clients.
  • •Deliver successful application implementation phases and serve as a TrakCare implementation SME.

Key Requirements

  • •Background in Hospital Pharmacy Operations, Nursing, PAS, Billing, or General Medical training.
  • •Experience implementing product solutions, with HIS solution implementation being particularly beneficial.
  • •Understanding of computer systems, software development and deployment methodology, and computer networking.
  • •Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously within tight time constraints.
  • •Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal), with Thai and English language ability required.
