Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage project execution day-to-day by leading project teams and driving accountability.
  • •Define and monitor the Project Implementation Document (PID), project objectives, and quality control across the lifecycle.
  • •Align project scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders.
  • •Produce and manage project documentation and plans including the Project Implementation Plan, quality, and communications plans.
  • •Manage resources, budget, risks/issues, scope changes, and stakeholder communications; lead go-live handover and lessons learned; produce closure report.

Key Requirements

  • •Project Management experience delivering multi-stranded integrated Healthcare ERP solutions in a customer-facing role.
  • •Experience managing the full project lifecycle from initiation through execution, go-live, and closure.
  • •Direct healthcare knowledge and/or 3+ years of experience with a Health IT system is highly preferred.
  • •Experience managing resources, time tracking, budgets, and forecasting.
  • •Project Management qualification such as Prince2, PMP, or PMI; PMI certification desired.
