Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to negotiate terms, coordinate due diligence, surface key risks, and align Leadership through concise deal memos. Build and maintain pro forma financial models and valuation analyses (e.g., DCF and comparable multiples) while expanding networks across crypto and financial services.
