Senior Engineering Manager, Agent Context

Lead Asana’s Agent Context platform team to deliver an end-to-end retrieval stack for AI experiences—lexical/semantic search, dense embedding generation and backfill, chunking/ranking, and RAG coverage across the work graph. Build evaluation infrastructure with recall/precision benchmarks, offline/online evals, and comparative testing. Drive cost/latency/quality tradeoffs and set platform standards for embedding and retrieval integration while hiring and leading senior engineers across time zones in a hybrid NYC schedule.
