Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Account Executives on assigned book of business and manage day-to-day service processes and outputs.
•Run point on each client’s renewal cycle to ensure a positive and productive client experience.
•Maintain and strengthen client relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
•Gather and analyze data, draft stewardship reports, and prepare presentations tailored to the audience.
•Monitor renewal processes, assist with quote comparisons, and coordinate with ACS for billing and policy-related items.

Salary: USD 61,000 - 85,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2+ years of insurance experience within Commercial Risk in an Account Management role
•Property and casualty broker’s license is preferred or to be obtained within 120 days of start date
•Ability to maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues

•Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
