Serve as a trusted Associate Relations advisor to managers and leaders, consulting on employee relations matters including performance management, corrective action, workplace concerns, policy interpretation, and grievance resolution. Work within governance frameworks while partnering with HR Business Partners, investigators, Legal, and Compliance to reduce organizational risk. Support equitable, well-documented outcomes and identify recurring trends to improve processes, training, and manager education programs.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide guidance and coaching to leaders on employee relations matters such as performance concerns, conduct issues, attendance management, workplace conflicts, and policy interpretation.
•Advise managers on corrective action and disciplinary processes, supporting issues before they escalate to investigations or complaints.
•Partner with managers on performance improvement plans and formal performance management processes, ensuring equitable and well-documented outcomes.
•Manage grievances, employee complaints, and workplace concerns from intake through resolution, including appropriate escalation or referral and partnering with investigators when needed.
•Evaluate employee relations situations for legal, compliance, and employee-experience risks; maintain accurate case documentation and contribute to process improvements and manager education programs.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in Employee Relations, Associate Relations, HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or related roles.
•Strong experience advising leaders on performance management, corrective action, and workplace concerns.
•Working knowledge of employment law and employee relations best practices.
•Demonstrated ability to influence and coach leaders through complex situations.
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; experience with Workday or similar HR systems preferred.
