Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide guidance and coaching to leaders on employee relations matters such as performance concerns, conduct issues, attendance management, workplace conflicts, and policy interpretation.
  • •Advise managers on corrective action and disciplinary processes, supporting issues before they escalate to investigations or complaints.
  • •Partner with managers on performance improvement plans and formal performance management processes, ensuring equitable and well-documented outcomes.
  • •Manage grievances, employee complaints, and workplace concerns from intake through resolution, including appropriate escalation or referral and partnering with investigators when needed.
  • •Evaluate employee relations situations for legal, compliance, and employee-experience risks; maintain accurate case documentation and contribute to process improvements and manager education programs.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in Employee Relations, Associate Relations, HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or related roles.
  • •Strong experience advising leaders on performance management, corrective action, and workplace concerns.
  • •Working knowledge of employment law and employee relations best practices.
  • •Demonstrated ability to influence and coach leaders through complex situations.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; experience with Workday or similar HR systems preferred.
