Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead facilities professionals across the subregion in partnership with the Global Facilities COE and BRMS.
  • •Oversee building operations and maintenance (plumbing, utility, mechanical, HVAC, fire safety) and manage site services including food services and custodial services.
  • •Align and implement COE strategies such as service levels and selection of service providers, and drive process/tool automation or digital evolution.
  • •Maintain and continuously improve subregional efficiency with a focus on exceptional customer experience (people, process, and systems).
  • •Ensure subregional and federal safety and facilities compliance and integrate energy, sustainability, and ESG practices while partnering with EHSS and cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of facilities management leadership experience and a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, operation, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • •Facilities experience across facilities management, facility operations, project management, or maintenance.
  • •Experience with cross-functional leadership.
  • •Familiarity with federal safety and facilities compliance.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.
