Key Responsibilities

•Serve as MLRO for the Singapore Entity
•Deploy Thunes’ Group Compliance framework in Singapore (AML/CTF, Sanctions, ABC) and align with Global Policy House
•Apply frameworks to onboarding, ongoing monitoring, and reporting, supporting KYC and Transaction Monitoring teams
•Provide risk analysis on clients, payment methods and global payment chains
•Communicate and train relevant teams on compliance requirements and regulatory watch

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•5-7 years of professional experience in compliance within a financial institution, preferably in banking or payments
•Deep knowledge of Singapore payment services regulation (Major Payment Institution) and AML/TF local framework
•Experience serving as MLRO or Deputy MLRO
•Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Law, or related fields
•ACAMS and/or ICA certification is advantageous
